The present petition pertains to the year 2018. On 24.01.2019 notice regarding condonation of delay was issued and prior to that the case was being adjourned repeatedly on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. After 24.01.2019, the case was adjourned on numerous occasions by Order. On 24.05.2023 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the following order was passed : "As per the report of Registry, notice could not be issued to respondent as process fee has not been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the process fee within two weeks. On doing so, notice be issued to respondent for 04.09.2023."

Today, despite the order dated 24.05.2023, process fee was not YOGESH SHARMA 2023.09.05 10:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
