SUDEEPTI SHARMA, J Crl.M.No.50832 of 2023 Prayer is for placing on record copies of FIR No.54 dated 09.04.2021 under Sections 384,511,120-B IPC and Sections 67,67-B of IT Act, 2000 registered at P.S City Sangrur, District Sangrur as also order dated 21.11.2023 passed by learned PMJJB, Sangrur as Annexures P.3 and P.4. Allowed, as prayed for, subject to all just exceptions. Main case Petitioner is assailing order dated 17.11.2023 passed by learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Sangrur vide which an application filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C praying for re-examination of the witness namely PW-Rajan Malhotra, has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges vide judgment dated 15.12.2023 passed by the learned trial Court, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
