By way of present petition filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent on account of alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 22.02.2024 passed by this Court in CWP 20919-2022.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the claim of the petitioner stands considered and disposed of by Administrative Secretary, Govt. of Punjab, Department of Health and Family Welfare, by passing a speaking order dated 02.12.2024 and nothing survives in the present petition.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition.
