1. The instant petition has been filed seeking grant of interim bail for a period of 15 days on the ground that the petitioner's mother expired on 18.11.2023 and that the petitioner wishes to attend the 'Bhog' ceremony, which is held on 24.11.2023.

2. The petition is itself had been filed on 21.11.2023. This Court finds that the present petition under the given circumstances has already been rendered infructuous and, as such, is disposed of.

3. Needless to mention, it shall always be open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on any grounds as may be available to him.
