The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 09.10.2019 whereby an application to engage handwriting and fingerprint expert was dismissed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hoshiarpur. 2.

As per the E-Courts website, District Courts Hoshiarpur, during the interregnum the main Civil Suit No.105 of 2016 itself stands dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 27.02.2023 and hence the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.
