The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court in CM-3184-LPA-2025 in LPA-1843-2019.

Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the said order has since been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.46242/2025 titled as 'State of Punjab & Anr. Vs. Karamjeet Kaur' wherein it has been directed that status quo shall be maintained.

In view thereof, no ground is made out to entertain the present contempt petition at this stage.

Dismissed at this stage. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
