Prayer in the applications is for preponing the date of hearing in the main case from 27.11.2024 to an earlier date and for withdrawal of the main case (RSA-722-2020) on the ground that the matter stands compromised between the parties.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel for the appellant, the main case is taken on Board today itself.
