(Oral) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.64 dated 21.07.2016, under Sections 307, 324, 323, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Chhatiwind, District Amritsar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Kuldeep Rai submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 12.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
