Learned State counsel submits that in case bearing FIR No.144 dated 03.05.2014 registered at Police Station Basti Jodhewal, District Ludhiana, final report has already been submitted in Court, where the next date fixed is 06.02.2020.

In view of statement of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner.
