Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the main writ petition bearing CWP No. 24347 of 2019 has since been dismissed as withdrawn and order dated 03.10.2019 no more survives for compliance, as such, this petition has been rendered infrucutous. As the main writ petition has been dismissed, I find no reason to proceed with this contempt petition. The same is ordered to be dismissed. Rule discharged.
