(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners stated at bar that a compromise has been effected between the parties and as per which, respondent No.6Sarabjeet Kaur @ Sonam and Mandeep Singh, son of the petitioners have already filed a joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act in the court at Amritsar, seeking divorce by way of mutual consent and requested that this petition be disposed of accordingly. In the light of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition stands disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
