(ORAL) By way of the present petition filed under Section 582 of BNSS, petitioner prays for issuance of a direction to the official respondents for taking legal action by registering criminal case/FIR against the private respondents for causing multiple injuries upon the entire body of Injured Niyamat @ Baseera, brother of the petitioner.

Representations dated 27.08.2025, 02.09.2025, 04.09.2025 and 08.09.2025, Annexures P1, P7 to P9, respectively, are filed by the petitioners for taking action against the private respondents. 3.

Since, upon a call is given by Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, the Members of the bar are abstaining from work, therefore, there is no representation on behalf of the opposite side, which is otherwise not necessary at this stage.

After considering the averments made in the petition, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to concerned official respondents to consider and dispose of the representations dated 27.08.2025, 02.09.2025, 04.09.2025 and 08.09.2025, Annexures P1, P7 to P9, respectively, within a period of four months, in accordance with law in an expeditious manner.
