In compliance of order dated 14.09.2023 intimation has been received from respondents No. 7 and 8 through SI Gaffur Ahmed that the trial is going in the Court of competent jurisdiction which is pending for 30.11.2023 and the petitioner has already been examined in the said case and another official from the District Court, Faridabad has also been examined.

In light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed and accordingly the present petition stands disposed of. 3.

Copy of the intimation received and details of the case etc. has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr, U.P. before whom the matter is pending, to follow up the same.
