JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Ms. Priya Singhi, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J .(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that FIR No.121 dated 30.5.2017, Police Station Rajpura, District Patiala under Sections 420, 494, 495, 496 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code already stands lodged in respect of the grievances of the petitioner although lodged at the instance of the petitioner's father. The petition, as such, is dismissed.
Since the learned counsel has submitted that some offences have not been added in the aforesaid FIR, the petitioner would be at liberty to have recourse to appropriate remedies in the matter arising out of FIR No.121 dated 30.5.2017 being the victim in the said case, in accordance with law.
