After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on realizing that the Bench is not inclined to interfere in the matter, has requested that the petitioner, who is running a shop in the demised premises, be granted one month's time to vacate the premises. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if one month's time is granted to the petitioner to vacate the premises.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner, who is present in Court and whose statement has been recorded separately, would hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent on or before 01.03.2024. 4.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
