Leaned counsel for respondent No.1 states that he would have no objection if the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 expeditiously and the impugned order dated 16.11.2023 is kept in abeyance till such time as the application for injunction is not decided by the Court below.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to decide the application for injunction expeditiously and in accordance with law.
