After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner qua stepping-up his pay at par with the pay of his junior employee, namely Amer Singh, has been rejected by the Establishment Officer for Director, Sports Department, Haryana, Panchkula, the petitioner intends to approach the higher authorities that once the similarly situated employee, namely, Amer Singh has been allowed benefit of higher pay scale than the petitioner by the Competent Court of law, which needs to be implemented qua everyone else, the petitioner intends to approach respondent No. 1 raising the said grievance by filing an appropriate representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the respondents be directed to decide the said representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that in case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to stepping-up his pay at par with the pay of his junior employee, namely Amer Singh, the petitioner is free to file an appropriate representation with respondent No. 1 claiming the said benefit and in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing appropriate speaking order 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate representation with respondents so as to raise all the claims as raised in the present petition.
