This Court had passed the following order on 01.10.2025:- "The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3- NHAI in refusing to grant NOC to its outlet on the National Highway.
Issue notice to the respondents.
At the asking of the Court, Mr. Satya Pal Jain, Additional Solicitor General of India with Dheeraj Jain, Senior Panel Counsel put in appearance and submit that efforts shall be made to resolve the issue through the Internal Mechanism set up by the Government of India.
The petitioner and respondent No.2 are public sector undertakings, we therefore, deem it appropriate to -1SHUBHAM 2025.11.07 13:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order

Collector of Central Excise, (1992) Suppl. (2) SCC 432 and (1995) Suppl. (4) SCC 541, and Oil and Natural Gas Commission Vs. City and Industrial Development Corporation, Maharashtra, Civil Appeal No.3143 of 2007 decided on 20.07.2007.

List on 06.11.2025."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the matter has been resolved, therefore, he wants to withdraw the present petition. 3.
Mr. A.S. Sawhney, Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation, and Mr. Santosh Kumar Yadav, Chairman, National Highways Authority of India, have appeared through video conferencing and submit that the matter has been resolved and henceforth, they shall also try to resolve their differences instead of straightaway approaching this Court. 4.
The present petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 5.
All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
