Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to get the investigation conducted in FIR No.415 dated 15th of October, 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 341 IPC, at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri by recording version of petitioner promptly and effectively by appointing an independent Special Investigation Team comprising of Senior IPS Officer headed by a Competent person.

Counsel for the respondents No.5 to 8, 14 to 17 and 20 submits that the Trial has almost concluded.

Apart therefrom it is not disputed by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before Illaqa Magistrate, Charkhi Dadri but the same stands declined vide order dated 25th of October, 2018 and thereafter the petitioner has preferred a private Complaint bearing No. COMI/113/2018 against private respondents for offences punishable under Section 147/149/302/34 IPC and under Section 27 of the Arms Act wherein the private respondents stand summoned.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition for adjudication of this Court. Resultantly, the present petition is disposed off having been rendered infructuous in view of the aforesaid facts. 6.
