(Oral) Today, at the very outset, Mr. Abhimanyu Bishnoi, Advocate, who is working in the Office of Dr. Anmol Rattan Sidhu, Senior Advocate has stated that he has instructions to withdraw the instant petition so as to move an appropriate application for recalling order dated 29.7.2011 vide which his earlier petition for assailing impugned order dated 30.4.2001 had been dismissed for non-prosecution.
