Custody certificate dated 10.11.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone custody period of only 03 months and 14 days as an undertrial. It is noticed that the first petition for grant of regular bail was dismissed recently by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2024 (Annexure P-4) and thereafter, the instant petition has been filed within 2 months.
