The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C with a prayer to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar to decide the appeal bearing CIS No.CRA-313-2016 CNR No. PBAS010069862016 which is pending adjudication since the year 2016.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

A perusal of Annexure P-4 i.e. record of adjournment shows that the case is being adjourned on one pretext or the other since the year 2016. 4.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar to decide the appeal mentioned above within a period of six months from today in accordance with law. 5.
