RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing the order dated 15.04.2015, Annexure P-11, passed by respondent No.2, i.e. Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar, and order dated 26.05.2023, Annexure P-16, passed by respondent No.1 vide which the well reasoned order dated 31.05.2010, Annexure P-7, passed by Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Hoshiarpur, and order dated 06.09.2010, Annexure P-9, passed by the Collector, Hoshiarpur have been set aside and the case has been remanded back to Assistant Collector First Grade, Hoshiarpur, for hearing the matter afresh and at the same time giving categoric finding on facts of the matter in a wholly arbitrary and illegal manner, without even noticing the contentions raised by the petitioner. It is further prayed to stay the operation of impugned order, dated 26.05.2023, Annexure P-16, passed by respondent No.1, during pendency of the present petition.
