*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.126 dated 23.06.2011, under Sections 323, 324, 506, 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on), Police Station Shimlapuri, District Ludhiana City, order dated 13.09.2017 (P-2) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 10.12.2018 (P-3).
Pursuant to order dated 21.12.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 17.01.2019 for recording their statements. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.198 dated 18.02.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide letter bearing No.131/EC dated 18.02.2019.

CRM-M-61949 of 2018 --2-- Ludhiana, is satisfied that compromise has been effected between the parties without any pressure and with their free will. In compliance of order dated 21.02.2019, original receipts regarding deposit of costs of `15,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, dated 18.02.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.126 dated 23.06.2011 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only.
Disposed of accordingly.
