The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 01.10.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-25261-2024.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that a speaking order dated 23.04.2026 has been passed by the Senior Medical Officer, CHC Chabhal, Tarn Taran, after considering the case of the petitioner. Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 23.04.2026.
