The petition has been filed for seeking of a writ of certiorari quashing the promotion list dated 20.10.2023, Annexure P-6, vide which deemed date of promotions to the post of Principal (Rest of Haryana, School cadre) was granted along with benefit of notional pay fixation. At this stage, learned counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the petition to file a detailed representation to respondent no.2 raising the grievance as raised in the instant petition.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any such representation is made, the same will be decided by respondent no.2/Director, Secondary Education, Haryana, within a period of three months.

In view of the statement by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
