NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) By way of the present revision, the petitioners have challenged order dated 26.04.2017 passed by ld. Family Court, Sonipat whereby petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners has been allowed and the respondent is directed to pay Rs.3,000/- p.m. as maintenance allowance to each petitioner.
Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice of CRM-157492018 was issued in the present case on 02.05.2018. Thereafter, the petitioners have gone un-represented on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 06.12.2018 and 21.09.2023. Even, today also for the third time, the petitioners have gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are not interested in pursuing the present petition.
