The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0019, dated 06.02.2017, registered under Sections 323, 427, 295, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Gate Hakima, District Amrtisar, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

This Court had passed the following order on 03.08.2023:- "Learned State counsel refers to the order dated 20.05.2023 passed by the Ld. JMIC that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and that a quashing petition based on the said compromise shall be filed. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 10.08.2023. Date be notified to the learned counsel for the petitioners."
