(ORAL) The instant petiton has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking the grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.187 dated 27.09.2023 for offences under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Behal, District Bhiwani. Vide order dated 24.11.2023, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.
It is submitted that the above captioned FIR has been registered on a complaint filed by the brother of the petitioner for registration of case for commission of forgery, against Ombir Proprietor of M/s Baba Mathwal Enterprises, Sombir, Pawan, Uday Singh, Shishu Pal and 5/7 others, whose names were not known to the complainants vide complaints dated 13.06.2023 (Annexure P-2). Thereafter, the above captioned FIR was registered and petitioner is sought to be arrested therein as co-accused. It is further submitted that it is the officials who have manipulated the records Jaspreet Kaur 2024.01.
