Without commenting anything as regards the merits of the assertions made in the petition or of the representation dated 21.10.2023 (Annexure P-24), the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1-Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, to get the representation dated 21.10.2023 (Annexure P-24) examined in accordance with law and take necessary steps as may be warranted under the facts and circumstances of the case expeditiously.
