(Oral) Through the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the prayer is made for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.0332, dated 22.09.2023, under Sections 323, 324, 34, 506 IPC (Section 325, 326 IPC, added lateron) registered at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa.

On asking for the relief of regular bail, learned cousnel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties, and even a quashing petition i.e. CRM-M-4713-2024, on the basis of compromise has been preferred by the petitioners before this Court, in which notice of motion has been issued. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners are behind the bars since GEETA RANI 2024.03.13 11:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-59244-2023 -22024:PHHC:033647 15.10.2023, and they have suffered sufficient incarceration, and the trial will not end into conviction as the matter stands compromise. He further submits that all the injuries caused are on the non-vital parts, and complainant has recovered from injuries.

Learned counsel for the complainant admits the factum of compromise.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court deem it appropriate to grant the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the present petition is allowed.

The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing of bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate/trial Court/Duty Magistrate. However, anything observed here-in-above shall have no effect on the merits of the case, and is only meant for deciding the present petition only.
