RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing of FIR No.11, dated 07.06.2019, under Sections 406/498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women, District Ferozepur, alongwith all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition on the ground that the matter has been compromised and hence, the present petition has become infructuous. Allowed as prayed for.
