(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his instructions, the matter has been compromised between the parties and even the parties have been granted divorce by way of mutual consent by the learned Family Court, Sonipat, vide order dated 30.08.2022, passed in a petition filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Thus, it is prayed that he may permitted to withdraw the instant revision petition.
