Coram:

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....

Present:

Mr. Jai Bhagwan, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Anmol Malik, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana for the respondent-State.

.....

Inderjit Singh, J.

The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.247 dated 19.06.2014 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 382, 506, 171, 419, 420, 120-B and 34 IPC at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Haryana. Mr. Anmol Malik, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana has appeared on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. A perusal of the record shows that it is clear from the Court proceedings that the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender. HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2019.01.17 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-54682 of 2018 [2] There is no document on record to explain the absence. If the bail is granted to the present petitioner, there is every apprehension that he may abscond again.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offences, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of regular bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
