(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.09.2023 (Annexure P-10) passed by the learned Commissioner, Gurugram in Executive Revision Petition No.085 of 2022 as well as orders dated 15.09.2021 and 14.12.2022 (Annexures P-7 and P-8) passed by the learned Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Sohna, District Gurugram in Partition case No.71/TEH of 2017 whereby the partition case filed by private respondents, who are influential persons, has been approved and allowed in a very illegal and arbitrary manner and in the utter violation of settled rules of Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887. The present case was adjourned on 08.12.2023, 10.01.2024, 05.02.2024 and 27.02.2024 on the request made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
