  **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner eligible for the post of PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) Computer Science. Learned State counsel submits that, in terms of the directions issued by Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave Petition No.s5065-5095 of 2021 titled as Haryana Staff Selection Commission vs Priyanka and others, on 01.09.2021, the petitioner has been given the appointment vide corrigendum dated 15.11.2022 and thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been duly redressed. He, thus, submits that the present petition has become infructuous.
