(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely, Sandeep Kumar @ Sandeep Masih, Kuldeep, Wazir, Narinder Kaur @ Ninder Kaur, Raj Singh, Aashi @ Asha and Vishal in case FIR No.99 dated 07.09.2016 registered under Sections 307, 336, 452, 506, 341, 427, 323, 148, 149 IPC, Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur.

On instructions from ASI Gurdev Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners, namely, Sandeep Kumar @ Sandeep Masih, Kuldeep, Wazir, Narinder Kaur @ Ninder Kaur, Raj Singh, Aashi @ Asha and Vishal have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
