(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely, Kuldeep Singh, Nishan Singh, Billa @ Baljinder Singh, Gurjant Singh son of Karaj Singh, Gurjant Singh son of Pargat Singh, Swaran Singh, Karaj Singh, Gurdev Singh and Kulwant Singh in cross-version case registered vide rapat No.29 dated 12.09.2016 under Sections 307, 336, 427 IPC, Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 in FIR No.99 dated 07.09.2016 registered under Sections 307, 336, 452, 506, 341, 427, 323, 148, 149 IPC, Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur. On instructions from ASI Gurdev Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners, namely, Kuldeep Singh, Nishan Singh, Billa @ Baljinder Singh, Gurjant Singh son of Karaj Singh, Gurjant Singh son of Pargat Singh, Swaran Singh, Karaj Singh, Gurdev Singh and Kulwant Singh have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
