(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner (on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court) submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to take all pleas as available to the petitioner, in accordance with law, at appropriate stage of trial. She has, however, submitted that since FIR in question pertains to the year 2018, the trial proceedings be expedited.

The main petition is directed to be dismissed as withdrawn. The concerned trial Court is directed to make an earnest endeavour for an expeditious disposal of the trial in question.
