NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 06.07.2018.

Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, the legal notice has been decided by way of passing a speaking order dated 11.03.2019 rejecting claim of the petitioners for appointment as guest teachers. In view of the same, the contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the speaking order dated 11.03.2019 in accordance with law.
