Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date services of his juniors were regularized. It transpires that before coming to this Court, petitioner approached the respondents for redressal of his grievance through legal notice dated 07.03.2019 (P-10) and the same was replied vide communication dated 28.06.2019 (P-11).

Perusal of the same reveals that response given by the respondents is absolutely non-speaking.

In view of the above, but without going into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with direction to respondent No.4-Divisional Forest Officer, Garhshankar, District Nawanshahr, to SANJAY 2022.03.10 18:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-
