**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, any further, with the direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.

Keeping in view the above, the trial Court is directed to ensure that no unnecessary adjournment is granted to any of the parties and all the jurisdiction to summon and secure the presence of prosecution witnesses is exercised and the trial is completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the next date of hearing fixed before the trial Court.
