Complaining wilful violation of the directions of the Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 32774 of 2019, decided on 14.11.2019, the petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The operative part of the order dated 14.11.2019 reads as under:- "2.

In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation Annexure P-4 dated 18.09.2019 and reminder Annexure P-6 dated 27.09.2019 in accordance with the rules/regulations/instructions applicable as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Mr. Jaspal Singh Pannu, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, submits that on reconsideration of the matter, the petitioner has been appointed as P.G.T. Hindi in Government High School, Chimnawas, Rewari.
