ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant submits as the dispute between the parties stands amicably resolved, nothing substantive survives in this appeal. However, he submits that written instructions and the alleged compromise deed is still awaited.
In the wake of the above, the appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, if any dispute, cause of action or interest still survives, the appellant shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application for restoration of the appeal, and its decision on merits.
Let the alleged compromise/settlement deed be brought on record within a period of six weeks.
