Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.11, dated 21.02.2025, under Sections 22/61/85 of NDPS Act and section 223 of BNS (charges framed under section 22(c)/27 of NDPS Act and section 223 of BNS), registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda.

In the present case, recovery comprises 1,840 tablets of Tramadol, 555 tablets of Alprazolam, and 690 Signature capsules. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.02.2025, and has, thus undergone incarceration for approximately 11 months and 25 days only. However, the quantity of contraband recovered is substantially high. 3.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
