GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for grant of regular bail. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the trial Court so as to seek regular bail. In case, the petitioners surrender before the trial Court before 16.1.2020 and move an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of two days from filing of such application.
