Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the aforesaid reply, he does not press the present petition at this stage. However, he seeks liberty to assail the correctness of the calculation in terms of orders Annexures R-1 and R-2, appended along with the reply. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
