RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 30.11.2019, Annexure P-7, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Panchkula in TA/65/2019 with a further prayer that complaint dated 16.08.2016 bearing number COMA/39/16.08.2016 may kindly be transferred to any other Court of competent jurisdiction. Petitioner No.1-Vinay Satija, is present in Court. He has submitted that the parties have duly settled the dispute amicably and thus, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition. A photocopy of his Driving licence bearing No.HP 5 License No.DL/N/200/2007 dated 14.08.2007 has been taken on record as a proof of his identity.
