(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that keeping in view the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.28140 of 2022 tilted as 'Rajbir Singh vs. State Of Haryana And Others', decided on 15.12.2022 which order has already been upheld in LPA No. 729 of 2023, titled as 'Rajbir Singh vs. State Of Haryana And Others', the claim raised by the petitioners in this petition is covered against them, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having not pressed any further.

Keeping in view the fact that learned counsel for the petitioners has conceded that the decision of Rajbir Singh's case (supra) covers the case of the etitioners against them, accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed in terms of Rajbir Singh's case (supra) . 3.

Civil miscellaneous application pending, if any, is also disposed of.
