(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Kuldeep Singh alias Kala in case FIR No.178 dated 11.11.2019 registered under Sections 61, 78 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda.

On instructions from SI Balwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner, in utter violation of order 20.12.2019 of this Court, has not joined the investigation.

In view of above, petition is dismissed.
